The Plum Banded Data Protection Training Certificate is a classic Data Protection Training Certificate template that HR, compliance and health-and-safety teams use to record training that has been completed. Look closely and you will notice a bold band of colour, set off by Unna lettering in plum. You will also find it under Course Completion on CerShare.

Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, duration, renew by and certificate no. and the signatures. Colours are yours to change: try Ink & Blue, or match your own brand colours. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Unna and Work Sans. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Markazi Text.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
