About this template
Energy companies, contractors and HSE trainers reach for designs like this one when they want to record training that has been completed: a modern Fire Watch Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Antonio sets the title and Work Sans carries the details, with a crown giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For completing Fire Watch: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
Awarded to [Name] for completing Fire Watch in line with [Standard or policy].
This is to confirm that [Name] attended Fire Watch on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the watch after hot work, course code and duration fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Colours are yours to change: try Fire Red, or match your own brand colours. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
