About this template
Energy companies, contractors and HSE trainers reach for designs like this one when they want to record training that has been completed: a modern Lockout Tagout Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. The colour scheme you see, Notice Blue, is one of three built into the design, with a geometric pattern at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, course code, energy sources and trainer ID and the signatures. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. The design comes with three colour schemes (Isolation Red, Notice Blue and Plant Green), and every single colour can be changed. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
