About this template
The Teal Sunburst Building Maintenance Technician Certificate is a contemporary Building Maintenance Technician Certificate template that estate agencies, property firms and facilities teams use to record training that has been completed. Work Sans sets the title and Barlow carries the details, with a sunburst giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For completing Building Maintenance Technician: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended Building Maintenance Technician on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed Building Maintenance Technician on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the practical hours, work orders and grade fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Prefer another look? Switch to the Safety Red & Steel or Charcoal & Blue colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Work Sans and Barlow. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Changa.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
