About this template
Head teachers, school leaders and PTAs reach for designs like this one when they want to record training that has been completed: a crisp Montessori Training Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. The colour scheme you see, Sage Room, is one of three built into the design, with leaves and branches at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a school certificate or a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended the Montessori Training on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
For completing the Montessori Training: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed the Montessori Training on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the teaching practice and age group lines. Colours are yours to change: try Natural Materials, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Lemonada.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
