About this template
Made with L&D teams and corporate trainers in mind, this Communication Skills Certificate helps you record training that has been completed without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in emerald, with balloons and confetti, Reddit Sans headings and Figtree for the smaller text. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed Communication Skills on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
[Name] has completed Communication Skills. Please keep this certificate with your training records.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended Communication Skills on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Colours are yours to change: try Violet & Mint, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Reddit Sans and Figtree. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Changa.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
