About this template
Here is a timeless way to record training that has been completed: the Midnight Wave Butler Service Training Certificate, a template that suits hotels, resorts and tourism academies. Bellefair sets the title and Montserrat carries the details, with flowing waves giving the page its character. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed the Butler Service Training on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
Presented to [Name] on completing the Butler Service Training with [Organisation]. Thank you for keeping everyone safe.
[Name] has successfully completed the Butler Service Training and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the modules passed and practical hours lines. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Colours are yours to change: try Midnight Tails, or match your own brand colours. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Aref Ruqaa.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
