About this template
Here is a classic way to honour players, finishers and teams: the Forest Green Medal Martial Arts Instructor Certificate, a template that suits martial-arts clubs, dojos and instructors. Enriqueta sets the title and Archivo carries the details, with a medal giving the page its character. Change a few words and it doubles as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] has been promoted to [Belt or level] at [Club], [Date].
For [Name]: most improved player of the year, chosen by the coaches of [Club].
In recognition of [Name]’s outstanding performance at [Competition].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, dan, rank and valid until and the signatures. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. The design comes with three colour schemes (Midnight Gold, Deep Forest and Oxford Night), and every single colour can be changed. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
