About this template
Here is a traditional way to honour players, finishers and teams: the Forest Green Wave Ice Hockey Certificate, a template that suits sports clubs, coaches and leagues. Alfa Slab One sets the title and Barlow carries the details, with flowing waves giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For [Name]: most improved player of the year, chosen by the coaches of [Club].
This certifies that [Name] has been promoted to [Belt or level] at [Club], [Date].
Congratulations to [Team], [League] champions [Year].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, goals, assists and points and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Alfa Slab One and Barlow. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
