About this template
Made with sports clubs, coaches and leagues in mind, this Football MVP Award helps you honour players, finishers and teams without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in emerald, with flowing waves, Anton headings and Archivo for the smaller text. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations to [Team], [League] champions [Year].
Awarded to [Name] for sportsmanship, effort and team spirit throughout the season.
Presented to [Name] for completing Football MVP. Train hard, play fair, have fun.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the appearances, goals and assists lines. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. The design comes with three colour schemes (Matchday Green, Floodlights and Royal Blue), and every single colour can be changed. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
