About this template
Here is a traditional way to confirm a professional qualification: the Chocolate Geometric Certificate of Conformity, a template that suits registries, associations and companies issuing formal records. With a geometric pattern and Ibarra Real Nova headings, it has a traditional feel, while the Oxblood Steel palette keeps the colours fresh. Change a few words and it doubles as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Organisation] confirms that [Name] holds [Certification] at [Level].
[Name] is hereby recognised as a [Title], having passed the assessment on [Date] with a score of [Score].
This is to certify that [Company] is an authorised [Partner type] of [Organisation] for [Year].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, standard, test report and production site and the signatures. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Ibarra Real Nova and IBM Plex Sans. Colours are yours to change: try Steel & Signal, or match your own brand colours. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
