About this template
Here is a classic way to confirm a professional qualification: the Forest Green Rosette Licence to Practise Certificate, a template that suits registries, associations and companies issuing formal records. On CerShare it comes in the Forest & Rose colour scheme, with a ribbon rosette as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Cormorant SC with Mulish. It works just as well as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Organisation] confirms that [Name] holds Licence to Practise at [Level].
Registered: [Name], registration number [0000], effective [Date].
[Name] is hereby recognised as a [Title], having passed the assessment on [Date] with a score of [Score].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the licence no., category and licence period lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Colours are yours to change: try Plum & Sage, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
