About this template
If you need to confirm a professional qualification, this Certificate of Origin does it with a formal layout that registries, associations and companies issuing formal records will recognise straight away. Look closely and you will notice a fine border and a bold band of colour, set off by Old Standard TT lettering in brick red. Change a few words and it doubles as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has demonstrated the competencies required for [Certification]. Assessor: [Assessor name].

Registered: [Name], registration number [0000], effective [Date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, consignee, country of origin and shipment and the signatures. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Manila & Ink, Seafoam & Blue Stamp and Terracotta), and every single colour can be changed. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Reem Kufi.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
