Here is a formal way to confirm a professional qualification: the Navy Geometric Financial Modelling Certificate, a template that suits finance teams, accountancy tutors and banks. Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the sensitivity of valuation to key drivers, downside and upside lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Inria Serif and Inter Tight. Prefer another look? Switch to the Ledger Green or Slate & Magenta colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
