About this template
Here is a playful way to confirm that someone took part: the Terracotta Orbit World Health Day Certificate, a template that suits schools, NGOs and workplaces marking international days. On CerShare it comes in the Sunrise colour scheme, with planets and orbits as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Paytone One with Plus Jakarta Sans. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This is to confirm that [Name] was registered for and attended [Event] in full.
Certificate of attendance: [Name] attended World Health Day ([6] CPD hours), [Date].
Thank you, [Name], for joining [Event] as a [Speaker, panellist or delegate].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Colours are yours to change: try Fresh Mint, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Paytone One and Plus Jakarta Sans. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Kufam.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
