About this template
Made with schools, NGOs and workplaces marking international days in mind, this Disability Day Certificate helps you confirm that someone took part without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in fuchsia, with leaves and branches, Fredoka headings and Atkinson Hyperlegible for the smaller text. You will also find it under Awards & Competitions on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for active participation in [Programme], [Dates].
Certificate of attendance: [Name] attended International Day of Persons with Disabilities ([6] CPD hours), [Date].
This is to confirm that [Name] was registered for and attended [Event] in full.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the focus and team lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Bold Primary, Ocean & Citrus and Berry Garden), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
