About this template
Pet owners, trainers, shelters and shows reach for designs like this one when they want to confirm that someone took part: a fun Best in Show Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Look closely and you will notice scattered stars and a double border, set off by Titan One lettering in forest green. Change a few words and it doubles as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for active participation in [Programme], [Dates].
Certificate of attendance: [Name] attended Best in Show ([6] CPD hours), [Date].
This certifies that [Name] participated in [Event], held at [Venue] on [Date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the breed, group and judge fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Titan One and Libre Franklin. The design comes with three colour schemes (Midnight & Gold, Oxblood & Gold and Emerald & Silver), and every single colour can be changed. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Lalezar.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
