About this template
If you need to confirm that someone took part, this Cultural Exchange Certificate does it with a modern layout that schools, cultural centres and community festivals will recognise straight away. On CerShare it comes in the Jade & Persimmon colour scheme; the lettering pairs Julius Sans One with Albert Sans. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This is to confirm that [Name] was registered for and attended [Event] in full.
Presented to [Name] for taking part in [Event] and contributing to its success.
Certificate of attendance: [Name] attended Cultural Exchange ([6] CPD hours), [Date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. The design comes with three colour schemes (Ultramarine & Coral, Jade & Persimmon and Plum & Mustard), and every single colour can be changed. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
