About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Jade Banded Course Attendance Certificate gives event organisers, trainers and schools a formal way to confirm that someone took part. It is shown here in jade, with a bold band of colour, Aleo headings and Figtree for the smaller text. You will also find it under Course Completion on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This is to confirm that [Name] was registered for and attended [Event] in full.
Presented to [Name] for taking part in [Event] and contributing to its success.
Thank you, [Name], for joining [Event] as a [Speaker, panellist or delegate].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the schedule, total and attendance card fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Aleo and Figtree. Prefer another look? Switch to the Ink and Tangerine or Teal and Mustard colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
