About this template
Event organisers, trainers and schools reach for designs like this one when they want to confirm that someone took part: a crisp Training Attendance Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Archivo Narrow sets the title and Inter carries the details, with a bold band of colour giving the page its character. You will also find it under Training & CPD on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] participated in [Event], held at [Venue] on [Date].
This is to confirm that [Name] was registered for and attended [Event] in full.
Certificate of attendance: [Name] attended the Training Attendance Certificate ([6] CPD hours), [Date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, location, total and attendance register and the signatures. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Colours are yours to change: try Safety Navy, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
