About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Emerald Badge Conference Attendance Certificate gives conference organisers and event teams a clean way to confirm that someone took part. On CerShare it comes in the Green Tag colour scheme, with a badge as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Onest with Manrope.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate of attendance: [Name] attended Conference Attendance ([6] CPD hours), [Date].
[Name] attended [Webinar title] on [Date], hosted by [Organisation].
This is to confirm that [Name] was registered for and attended [Event] in full.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the programme, sessions and CPD fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. The design comes with three colour schemes (Badge Red, Cobalt Tag and Green Tag), and every single colour can be changed. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
