About this template
Clubs, societies and associations reach for designs like this one when they want to welcome a new member: a clean Certificate of Membership that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. It is shown here in forest green, with a ribbon rosette, Ewert headings and Libre Caslon Text for the smaller text.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] on election to [Grade] of [Society], [Year].
[Name] is a member in good standing of [Association]. Signed by the Secretary, [Date].
Honorary membership awarded to [Name] in recognition of [Contribution].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, member no. and member since and the signatures. Prefer another look? Switch to the Oxblood & Ivory or Prussian & Rose colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
