Made with employers, HR teams and boards in mind, this 15 Years of Service Award helps you honour years of loyalty without starting from a blank page. The colour scheme you see, Plum & Ochre, is one of three built into the design, with a stack of books at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Happy retirement, [Name]! [Years] years, countless memories and a team that will miss you.
This certificate honours [Name] for 15 Years of Service Award: [Years] years of dedication and friendship.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the years of service fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Library Green or Oxford Blue colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Markazi Text.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
