About this template
Made with employers, HR teams and boards in mind, this 5 Years of Service Award helps you honour years of loyalty without starting from a blank page. On CerShare it comes in the Violet & Lime colour scheme, with a ticket-stub edge as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Afacad with Inter. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations, [Name], on [10] years with us. Here’s to the next ten.
This certificate honours [Name] for 5 Years of Service Award: [Years] years of dedication and friendship.
Happy retirement, [Name]! [Years] years, countless memories and a team that will miss you.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the years lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Prefer another look? Switch to the Teal & Tangerine or Navy & Coral colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Readex Pro.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
