The Navy Ticket 10 Years of Service Award is a crisp 10 Years of Service Award template that employers, HR teams and boards use to honour years of loyalty. Look closely and you will notice a ticket-stub edge and a bold band of colour, set off by Anton lettering in navy. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Colours are yours to change: try Calendar Red, or match your own brand colours. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
