Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Plum Crown Retirement Certificate gives employers, HR teams and colleagues a contemporary way to honour years of loyalty. Look closely and you will notice a crown and a bold band of colour, set off by Trirong lettering in plum. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. The design comes with three colour schemes (Gold & Navy, Rose Gold & Plum and Brass & Forest), and every single colour can be changed. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
