About this template
If you need to honour years of loyalty, this Retirement Certificate does it with a traditional layout that managers, HR teams and company leaders will recognise straight away. On CerShare it comes in the Desert colour scheme, with a sunburst as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Brygada 1918 with Karla. It works just as well as a staff award or a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for long and distinguished service to [Club or Organisation].
In grateful recognition of [Name]’s [25] years of loyal service to [Organisation], [Start year]–[Year].
Happy retirement, [Name]! [Years] years, countless memories and a team that will miss you.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Sunset or Dusk Blue colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Brygada 1918 and Karla. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
