About this template
Use this traditional 25 Years of Service Award to honour years of loyalty. It suits HR teams and line managers, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. The colour scheme you see, Sterling & Claret, is one of three built into the design, with a medal at the heart of the layout. How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the years of service and a career in milestones fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. The design comes with three colour schemes (Sterling, Sterling & Claret and Sterling & Pine), and every single colour can be changed. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Faustina and Instrument Sans. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with El Messiri.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
