If you need to honour years of loyalty, this Years of Service Award does it with a formal layout that employers, boards and clubs will recognise straight away. On CerShare it comes in the Deep Teal & Brass colour scheme, with a sunburst as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Gloock with Figtree. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the years of service fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Colours are yours to change: try Claret & Champagne, or match your own brand colours. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Markazi Text.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
