About this template
If you need to mark the day someone graduates, this Police Academy Graduation Certificate does it with a crisp layout that emergency services, public bodies and civic volunteers will recognise straight away. With scattered stars and Anton headings, it has a contemporary feel, while the Black & Silver palette keeps the colours fresh. It works just as well as a training certificate or a course completion certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations, [Name]! You walked in curious and you walk out ready. With love from all of us at [School].
This certifies that [Name] has completed Police Academy Graduation and is hereby recognised as a graduate of [School], on this day, [Date].
With this certificate, [School] confirms that [Name] has successfully completed Police Academy Graduation.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the service no., training and class rank lines. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Anton and Roboto. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Colours are yours to change: try Navy & Gold, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
