About this template
Hospitals, clinics and care homes reach for designs like this one when they want to recognise the people who keep a team going: a contemporary Nurses Week Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. With hearts and Sen headings, it has a contemporary feel, while the Teal & Tangerine palette keeps the colours fresh. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For [Name], who turned a busy month into our best one yet. With thanks from [Manager] and the team.
Awarded to [Name] for exceptional work in [Month]. Customers noticed, and so did we.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. The design comes with three colour schemes (Sky & Coral, Teal & Tangerine and Lilac & Berry), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
