About this template
If you need to recognise the people who keep a team going, this Renewal Hero Award does it with a clean layout that sales leaders and customer success teams will recognise straight away. It is shown here in burgundy, with scattered stars, League Gothic headings and Source Sans 3 for the smaller text. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the gross revenue retention fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Colours are yours to change: try Evergreen, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are League Gothic and Source Sans 3. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Kufam.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
