About this template
If you need to recognise the people who keep a team going, this Employee of the Quarter Award does it with a crisp layout that managers, HR teams and team leaders will recognise straight away. It is shown here in royal blue, with gears, Oxanium headings and IBM Plex Sans for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the quarter lines. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Oxanium and IBM Plex Sans. Colours are yours to change: try Steel & Amber, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
