About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Black Crown Top Closer Award gives sales leaders and customer success teams a clean way to recognise the people who keep a team going. The colour scheme you see, Oxblood Gold, is one of three built into the design, with a crown at the heart of the layout. You will also find it under Awards & Competitions and Achievement on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Employee of the Month, [Month Year]: [Name], for [Reason]. Thank you for raising the bar.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
[Name], [Team]: Top Closer. Reliable, generous and always calm under pressure.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Prefer another look? Switch to the Midnight Brass or Deep Teal Bronze colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Rakkas.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
