About this template
Teachers and schools reach for designs like this one when they want to recognise the people who keep a team going: a playful Citizen of the Month Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Look closely and you will notice leaves and branches and hearts, set off by Baloo Bhaijaan 2 lettering in red. Change a few words and it doubles as a kids' award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding performance and teamwork during [Quarter].
Awarded to [Name] for exceptional work in [Month]. Customers noticed, and so did we.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Citizen of the Month for always being the first to help.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Neighbourhood or Mint Morning colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
