About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Orange Starry Rookie of the Year Award gives managers, HR teams and company leaders a crisp way to recognise the people who keep a team going. The colour scheme you see, Tangerine, is one of three built into the design, with scattered stars at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding performance and teamwork during [Quarter].
For [Name], who turned a busy month into our best one yet. With thanks from [Manager] and the team.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the class of fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Prefer another look? Switch to the Electric Blue or Mint Jade colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
