Managers, HR teams and team leaders reach for designs like this one when they want to recognise the people who keep a team going: a contemporary Team Member of the Month Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Mitr sets the title and Nunito Sans carries the details, with scattered stars giving the page its character. It works just as well as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the team star fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. The design comes with three colour schemes (Tomato & Herb, Berry & Teal and Ocean & Lemon), and every single colour can be changed. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Mitr and Nunito Sans. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
