About this template
If you need to recognise the people who keep a team going, this Promotion Certificate does it with a crisp layout that HR teams and line managers will recognise straight away. The colour scheme you see, Graphite & Copper, is one of three built into the design, with a bold band of colour at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the previous role, new role and effective lines. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Noto Sans and Inter Tight. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Navy & Brass or Teal & Gold colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Alexandria.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
