Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Forest Green Sunburst Best New Hire Award gives HR teams and line managers a clean way to recognise the people who keep a team going. Look closely and you will notice a sunburst and leaves and branches, set off by Montserrat Alternates lettering in forest green. Change a few words and it doubles as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it

Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
