Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Charcoal Heart Company Values Award gives HR teams and line managers a clean way to recognise the people who keep a team going. With hearts and Rokkitt headings, it has a modern feel, while the Plum & Coral palette keeps the colours fresh. Change a few words and it doubles as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the our values and value recognised lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Ink & Saffron, Forest & Citrus and Plum & Coral), and every single colour can be changed. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Reem Kufi.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
