About this template
Use this contemporary Midwifery Course Certificate to close a course with something worth keeping. It suits clinics, therapy practices and allied health educators, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. On CerShare it comes in the Teal & Apricot colour scheme, with gears as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Questrial with Karla. Change a few words and it doubles as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For completing the Midwifery Course and putting new skills into practice from the very first session.
Completed by [Name] on [Date]: the Midwifery Course, including all assignments and the final assessment.
This certifies that [Name] has successfully completed the Midwifery Course, [12] hours of guided study, on [Date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the supervised clinical hours, placement and result fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Questrial and Karla. Colours are yours to change: try Rose & Sage, or match your own brand colours. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
