Use this formal Award Certificate to name a winner and make it official. It suits competition organisers, schools and clubs, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. With a ribbon rosette and Playfair Display headings, it has a traditional feel, while the Emerald palette keeps the colours fresh. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
First place: [Name]. Presented at [Event] on [Date] in recognition of an outstanding entry.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Crimson & Gold or Royal colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
