About this template
The Steel Blue Crown Neighbour of the Year Award is a contemporary Neighbour of the Year Award template that councils, neighbourhood groups and civic programmes use to name a winner and make it official. Livvic sets the title and Bitter carries the details, with a crown giving the page its character. You will also find it under Volunteering on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the home and nominated by fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. The design comes with three colour schemes (Terracotta Block, Pastel Stucco and Sandstone), and every single colour can be changed. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
