About this template
Organisations, schools and award committees reach for designs like this one when they want to name a winner and make it official: a contemporary Quality Excellence Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. With scattered stars and Overpass headings, it has a contemporary feel, while the Graphite & Amber palette keeps the colours fresh. You will also find it under Achievement on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
First place: [Name]. Presented at [Event] on [Date] in recognition of an outstanding entry.
This certificate is presented to [Name] for winning [Category] at [Competition].
Awarded to [Name], winner of Quality Excellence Award, [Year].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the first-pass yield, customer returns and days without a deviation fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. The design comes with three colour schemes (Steel & Signal Green, Graphite & Amber and Navy & Cyan), and every single colour can be changed. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
