About this template
The Burgundy Laurel Leadership Award is a traditional Leadership Award template that competition organisers, schools and clubs use to name a winner and make it official. The colour scheme you see, Oxblood Executive, is one of three built into the design, with a laurel wreath at the heart of the layout. You will also find it under Employee of the Month on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Highly commended: [Name], for [Entry title]. The judges were impressed.
This certificate is presented to [Name] for winning [Category] at [Competition].
Winner of [Award name]: [Name]. Signed on behalf of the judging panel on [Date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Colours are yours to change: try Executive Navy, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Scheherazade New.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
