About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Coral Modern English Language Award gives teachers, subject leads and schools a clean way to name a winner and make it official. Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations to [Name] on English Language Award. A well-deserved win.
First place: [Name]. Presented at [Event] on [Date] in recognition of an outstanding entry.
Highly commended: [Name], for [Entry title]. The judges were impressed.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Prefer another look? Switch to the Primary Ink or Berry Notebook colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
