About this template
Made with office managers, team leaders and party planners in mind, this Inbox Zero Hero Award helps you name a winner and make it official without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in chocolate, with a sunburst, Reddit Sans headings and Inter for the smaller text. It works just as well as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations to [Name] on Inbox Zero Hero. A well-deserved win.
Presented to [Name], champion of [Competition] [Year], with the admiration of every competitor.
Winner of Inbox Zero Hero: [Name]. Signed on behalf of the judging panel on [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the unread messages. officially., from and to lines. Colours are yours to change: try Calm Blue, or match your own brand colours. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
