About this template
Use this contemporary Certificate of Recognition to put a thank-you in writing. It suits organisations, schools and event hosts, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. Outfit sets the title and DM Sans carries the details, with scattered stars giving the page its character. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certificate of appreciation is presented to [Name] for outstanding support and dedication.
Presented to [Name] with gratitude for sharing your expertise at [Event] on [Date].
With heartfelt thanks to [Name] for supporting [Project] from the first day to the last.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Outfit and DM Sans. Prefer another look? Switch to the Teal & Amber or Indigo colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Reem Kufi.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
