About this template
If you need to put a thank-you in writing, this Mentorship Recognition Certificate does it with a formal layout that managers, HR teams and company leaders will recognise straight away. It is shown here in olive, with planets and orbits, Young Serif headings and Public Sans for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the colleagues mentored lines. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Young Serif and Public Sans. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Colours are yours to change: try Teal & Terracotta, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
