About this template
Use this fun Thank-You Certificate to put a thank-you in writing. It suits organisations, schools and event hosts, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. On CerShare it comes in the Mint & Navy colour scheme, with scattered stars as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Kalam with Outfit. Change a few words and it doubles as a volunteer certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] with gratitude for sharing your expertise at [Event] on [Date].
With heartfelt thanks to [Name] for supporting [Project] from the first day to the last.
With sincere thanks to [Name] for [Contribution]. Your generosity made a real difference.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. The design comes with three colour schemes (Kraft & Coral, Mint & Navy and Lilac & Plum), and every single colour can be changed. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
